After the most intense interview & selection process with more applicants than we have EVER had, we are proud and excited to introduce our two lovely summer 2017 apprentices! These ladies are ALREADY so impressive and we can’t wait to get to know them more this summer as they spend some time with YNI both in the office and at events.
Cindy Stella is a Chicago suburbs native, and soon-to-be senior at Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. She has been the chairperson of multiple events during her college career such as Relay for Life on her campus, as well as several other social gatherings for her student ministry group. A student of English, Creative Writing, and Communication, Cindy has always had a passion for planning events, each with their own creative twists. After previously interning in a different area of the wedding industry, she is excited to have the opportunity to intern at YNI and help couples see their creativity and ideas realized.
Alexandria Seavey is another soon-to-be senior studying at The University of Iowa. She is pursuing a degree in Communication Studies and English. Her passion for event planning started when she realized that she was always the one “making things happen” with her friends in college. Once she realized she could turn that into a career path, there was no changing her mind. Her favorite part about planning events is that there is always something new to try. In her free time, she loves to read, make “To-Do” lists, and train for the Chicago Marathon.
